Product Description

Film-faced plywood, also known as phenolic plywood or shuttering plywood, is constructed by coating both sides of plywood sheets with a wear-resistant, waterproof film. The film is typically impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde or melamine resin. The core material can vary, commonly including birch, poplar, eucalyptus, acacia, or combi cores . The plywood is bonded with strong adhesives such as WBP, phenolic, or MR glue to ensure durability and stiffness.
