Particle board
Particle board is a wood-based board made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials, glued under heat and pressure after the application of an adhesive, also known as the particle board.
The raw materials for making particleboard include wood or wood fiber materials, adhesives and additives, the former accounts for more than 90% of the dry weight of the board, and the pores in the middle can be seen by cutting the cross section.
Particleboard manufacturing process:
Make the shavings first. Sift the shavings and separate the fine shavings from the coarse shavings. Then we add glue and stir, so that each piece of shavings is glued. Then lay the shavings, roughly in three layers, fine shavings on both sides, coarse shavings in the middle, and prepress after laying. Hot pressing finished processing, stacking.
